Bringing dry lamination to Dongguang
Hongwu Machinery has concluded its participation in the 2025 China Cangzhou Dongguang International Plastic Packaging Expo, held in Dongguang County, Hebei, in August. The exhibition provided an opportunity to present the HGF-300-J dry laminating machine and meet customers, industry professionals and partners from across the packaging sector.
At the booth, visitors explored the equipment and discussed their production requirements with Hongwu’s technical and sales teams. On-site explanations, equipment displays and video presentations helped connect the machine’s design with practical flexible packaging applications.
A closer look at the HGF-300-J
The HGF-300-J was the focus of Hongwu’s exhibition presentation. Conversations centred on the production challenges that matter to converters: keeping film transport stable, applying coatings consistently and managing drying conditions throughout the laminating process.
The team introduced the machine’s tension control, coating and drying systems, alongside its operator interface and considerations for changing between production jobs. Visitors also discussed how equipment configuration can be matched to different materials and operating requirements.
