HWYA-TB-1050 combines an electronic-axis gravure printing press with a reverse coater (for thermal transfer applications) into a single integrated unit, significantly enhancing production efficiency and product quality. Its key advantages are as follows: it supports printing on a wide range of substrates, including PET, OPP, PP, PMMA and TPU, offering excellent compatibility; With on-demand drive control for the electronic shaft and closed-loop temperature control for the reverse coating unit, overall energy consumption is reduced by 30–40 per cent, representing a significant reduction in energy consumption compared to conventional equipment.
