HWFT-1000 double-sided metal hot-melt lamination production line is a new lamination machine (high-efficiency, intelligent, fully automatic) developed by Hongwu Machinery in response to industry demands. With a total length of 48 metres, this equipment is specifically designed for the hot-melt lamination of plastic films (PET, PE) onto thin metal sheets. The entire line is equipped with a Siemens bus-based electrical control system from Germany, ensuring stable operation and precise control, with a lamination speed of up to 120 metres per minute. The lamination heating technology utilises non-contact electromagnetic heating; compared to traditional heating rollers, this not only significantly improves energy efficiency but also substantially enhances operational safety, providing workers with a more reliable working environment. The system incorporates automatic surface defect detection equipment, replacing manual quality inspection and effectively guaranteeing product quality upon dispatch. The design features automatic material changeover without the need for a material storage rack, enabling fully automated and continuous production from uncoiling to reeling, thereby achieving truly non-stop material changeover and highly efficient operation.
