The HWFT-1050-A double-sided laminated tinplate composite production line is specifically designed for the multi-layer lamination of PET, tinplate and other roll-form film materials to produce a high-strength, corrosion-resistant and environmentally friendly packaging material, widely used in the food, beverage and chemical industries. The composite material not only offers high strength but also excellent moisture-proof and oxygen-barrier properties, ensuring that products remain in good condition during transport and storage. The entire machine utilises an advanced imported PLC and human-machine interface (HMI) control system, enabling precise programming of operating speed, tension control and acceleration/deceleration times through logic programming, thereby ensuring production continuity and efficiency. Furthermore, the equipment is fitted with an automatic tension control and web guiding system, capable of adjusting tension in real time to guarantee consistency and quality in the lamination process. Thanks to its high stability and reliability, this production line is capable of meeting high-intensity production demands and is suitable for large-scale continuous production.
